Return policy

We want you to love your ziana.Ti pieces.
If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions for returns
•⁠ Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
•⁠ All original tags must be attached
•⁠ Items must be returned in their original packaging
•⁠ Returns must be sent from the same country of delivery

Please note:
•⁠ We accept returns for all items, including discounted items, as long as they are returned in their original condition and with all original tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return. 
•⁠ Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsability of the customer.

Refunds and Store Credit
•⁠ Orders paid with Klarna will be refunded to the original payment method, once the return is approved, as required by Klarna’s policies.
•⁠ All other orders will be refunded as store credit (a digital gift card) once the return is approved
•⁠ ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable
•⁠ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
